How this works
For each decision, place every officer in one of four lanes — In the Room, Must Be Consulted, Must Be Informed, or Not Involved. Drag a chip into a lane, or tap a chip to cycle through the lanes.
Officers start in the Not Involved lane (blue). When the group agrees on the placements for a decision, click Mark Agreed. The card outlines green to signal that this row is locked in. Click again to unlock for revision.
This is a permanent reference for how the C-suite operates — built together, in one room, and lived by going forward.
