NYCIDStaff RequestsNYCID Solutions · Call outs and work-from-home, one place

Every day off, late arrival, early leave and work-from-home day is a request. It goes to your supervisor and the CPO with Approve / Deny buttons, and you get the answer back by email. No separate email needed.

Work-from-home request

Pick the day and what you will be working on. Goes to Allan Avidano, Michael Candella and Tara Muglia (copy to Michael De Vito).

  • 2 business days' notice, with the day's plan
  • Standing-remote staff still send the day's plan
  • You get the decision by email; so does the chain

How it is decided

Requests are weighed against program activities and deadlines for the dates asked for — youth sessions, worksite visits, enrollment windows, DYCD deadlines, payroll, audits and coverage in your lane. Submitting first does not guarantee approval. Nothing is approved until your supervisor or the CPO says so.
