NYCID currently runs program tracking on spreadsheets β counselor logs, separate tabs, manual rollups. This is what it could look like instead. One platform where staff capture data once (intake, attendance, interactions, budgets), and that single source flows into role-specific dashboards: counselors see their caseload, directors see their team, senior directors see their portfolio, the executive team sees the whole org.
Every screen below uses real Concord HS data (from our existing tracker, anonymized where appropriate). The numbers are real. The students named are real. Only the platform is mocked β but it's the same Firebase + Netlify stack that NYCID already has access to, at no software cost.

Why the views matter
A counselor logs an interaction once on her phone β and that single entry updates her dashboard, her director's team view, the PS outcomes funnel, the senior director's portfolio rollup, and the executive team's org-wide trend. No spreadsheet maintenance. No formula rebuilding. No re-keying.
Because each role's view is purpose-built β counselor's is action-oriented (who needs me today?), director's is operational (how's my team?), executive's is strategic (are we delivering on mission?) β every level of NYCID gets exactly the information they need to do their job, and nothing they don't.
